If anyone else is going through a severe/suicidal depression, I feel your pain. It is absolutely excruciating. Never give up and seek help if you’re ever in danger. You will get through it!
What has helped me when I have felt suicidal is to remember that even though the body dies. You're soul cant and the pain will just be perpetuated. Even though that thought will tell you it will make the pain go away always remember that's bullshit don't allow your mind to trick you with that. Trust me it's tried to trick me many times but I didn't give up and I'm still here.

He's now your guardian angel 👼😸 I have found a purpose, I love to help people feel better, if only for a bit, something to give them a smile or a chuckle. I live in a building with seniors and some disabled people. I will stick a note under their door to let them know I'm thinking of them, if they need someone to talk to, or even finding their favorite treat and surprising them by getting it for them. I love it! I also have a cat that gives me a reason to come home every day. Some days my cat gets the day full of my attention, and that also helps me with recharging as well. I'm sending you my well wishes to heal, both inside and out 🥰
What is giving me purpose in the current moment is my love for my cat, my excitement towards achieving overall health while putting forth the effort to obtain it, my love for the Nation of Israel and curiosity/desire of converting to Judaism, my passion for the United States military and my goal to become an attorney one day. These are where my current passions stand but what also keeps me going is the unknown passions that I will have in my future along with the joy and curiosity of the unknown.
My purpose is to listen to music 🎶 and practice the piano 🎹 and be be a good aunty to my nephew and walk the family dog. Xx 😘 hope u feel well soon with your hips. Xx 😘

Hi Douglas great video before my depression on February 2015 on 2004 I was hospitalized with kidney stones and infection very painful nine days in hospital no suicidal thoughts after surgery I was able to sleep I learned from that pain from that depression pain I had 2015

i was told when pursing your lifes calling or stuff just look back on wat subjects in high skool or college u got your As on wat material did u excel but i know this seems a little outdated for 21st century but i said it helps

Douglas have you by any chance seen the movie Christine (2016) starring Rebecca Hall? I'm a movie buff and have seen everything from the most gruesome horror movies (not my preference, but I have) to the saddest dramas and everything in between. Yet I found this movie to be maybe the most profoundly sad movie about an individual adult I've ever seen. I simply can't seem to shake it. And I thought it framed a very important question: are there some, who simply due to circumstance, have literally no shot at surviving severe mental illness, mainly depression? I would think you could do a rather lengthy video just discussing this movie alone. I'm very sorry for the loss of Bruce as well. That's never easy at all.

And of course what she is unfortunately infamously known for is for being the first person to take their life on live tv. And of course that is what "the world" wants to focus on and judge with suicide - the end. But what drew me - and I think empathetic people like you who truly understand the horrendous condition of clinical depression - was, what happened to her? What was her life like? What may have lead to this tragic end? And the movie portrays this in such a powerful way, I was truly impacted. And in doing so, I also thought the movie raised some very interesting questions about mental illness, some people's ability to connect and therefore survive in this world. Would be interested in your take and if the movie resonates with you as well. Not sure if I'll be around honestly to see what you think, because tomorrow is a promise to no one. But I sure appreciate you and what you do either way.
i think i wanted a family and condo as a purpose but some baby boomer says he owes an apology to us younger generations for not making it happen becuz everything is expensive now idk ill just look into something that makes me richer in purpose like a billionaire
the american dream was easier for u way back doug but for todays youth they dont want to listen to parents or elders or church idk how can it be reversed.
