He has a very peaceful, tranquil aura about him too; you can tell beneath that calm exterior there is the strength and mental focus second to none. I like him a lot, hes very technically correct isnt he?
I find it cool how gymnasts muscles are especially developed in their shoulders. It gives them a cool silhouette. They move beautifully and with such confidence

He was steadily rotating his whole body about his head. His head was almost still in the air with his body twisting and rotating perfectly. What an eye treat to watch.

Its fine to join gymnastics at any age I have been going to an adult gymnastics class in the uk im 19 female and its great. Most gyms cater for most ages
Depending on their shared events (vault and floor), I would say men's floor can be more exciting, due to the immense power, but women's floor is so fun and exciting. I still like men's better, though. I've never seen vault.
Love Flavius Koci's Manna to pike press handstand. Amazing:) For me, its the best part of his routine, his tumbling, here anyway, was a bit wild, to be honest:(
Wow, Abylayzin's second pass is absolutely amazing!! two and a half twists, into punch double front, just from a running start!!!!!Unbelievable!!Hes so powerful, its like hes got springs in his feet, Spring Heeled Jack lol. Such a dynamic, explosive athlete; so different from Kai's quiet, almost unassuming, technically correct approach. Great to see such diversity:)
