How do we Incorporate the SOAP/REST Process/steps used on the video in OICS to automate the FBDI Process ?

Sir i have a doubt is the erpintegration service (more interested in REST not SOAP) only valid for financial fbdi upload or any oracle module fbdi (eg items/scm) etc can work

Its valid for any fbdi based integration irreapective of module. There is a REST version too, you can refer Oracle Documentation
