During my 2 and a half day stay in Milano at Acqua su Marte last month, I asked FrakOne to pimp my bomber jacket with some awesome calligraphy. I asked him to write Calligraphy Masters Keep Writing and here is the result:

Nice. I first picked up the Craft of Calligraphy when I was 15 back in '94. I've just picked it up again with a more serious approach. Using a wide array of dip pens and some more newer style Parralel Pilot Pen with The Ink Cartridges. My dad put me on to Winsor & Newton way back when.
I am going to try this for sure - might start with a baby t-shirt for my great-nephew!! He'll be the coolest little dude around! Thanks for the inspiration and the great video, awesome job!

I don't know that paper mate, but what I can recommend you as beginner is to try as much and as different papers as possible. Different papers works in a different ways with different tools and even different inks. Sometimes cheap papers give great results for certain tools or styles, others more expensive is better... just experiment & #KeepWriting 🔱🙃👊

I'll take five, thanks😉 Seriously, though, this is ridiculously cool. I totally want to try using brushes like that sometime!
Side note: My family threw me a surprise graduation party last night, and my grandparents got me tons of beautiful new brush pens! I'm so happy!!! Will definitely be going back and watching all of the brush pen videos again (especially the ones that use the Tombow-style ones X))

Huh huh huh!! The music inspire me to be a calligrapher. Back in the days i used the mock calligraphy style. I despite everything about it but these couple of years its like i've been doing calligraphy 24/7 365.

do you stick yours in the dryer for a few minutes right after or does the paint stick fine with a regular wash? sweet video man, love your talent!
Nah brah..grab some Vellum paper iron over it..that will give it FX...but u need permanent ink to keep it from fading

Calligraphy Masters I think it's fantastic but they do lack with a few things. It's all personal preference and about what you write on and your background of lettering.
Of course it is! I just don't like MOLOTOW because they act like the best marker brand when they really are not. Smaller brands do great job on better prices and much more open to work with Calligraphy artists ;)

Just some water based ink from a marker... that's why I have to double it with a proper paint...

John ıɯʍɐʞ i don't know what you understand by normal. ... there are plenty of flat brushes, just find the ones that suits you...
