The people in the eco system are mainly bureaucrats, power mongers, influencers, paid media etc. that had piled over . As an example, piled over rubbish close to half a century cannot be cleaned or removed in 5 to 10 years.

That recruiting body gives more marks to a particular community in comparison to other communities. And it has artificially increased the percentage of bureaucrats from that community and that too based on a recommendation of a committee. Imagine the kind of game being played by the bureaucrats right under Modi’s nose.
