The Getaway - Mission 7 - Filthy Business (2/3)

- The seventh mission in the game The Getaway. Mark has to stop the real van from reaching the police station by ramming it off the road and then drive to the station himself. Once there he goes to the evidence room and gets a gun. He then follows McCormack downstairs and manages to kill him.
McCormack takes ages to die, the fat must act as a bullet shield. You can only kill McCormack in the room where Yasmin is. McCormack is the 1st boss in the game and is one of the hardest. The trick is to keep shooting him constantly, if you wait until you get to the interview room it will be harder to kill him so keep shooting him whilst he runs there.

Hammond slaughters the entire police station terminator style. That is badass
Once stayed up all night trying to complete this level. Then had to go to work with nil amount of sleep. Good times!

I can't believe I did this mission completely the wrong way. As soon as I got the gun from the evidence room i immediately started shooting at him instead of following him. Well, it was 8 years ago lol
I remember when I was 12 playing this level. Hardest thing ever. I ended up with a hostage killing every cop.

I wish they didn't have to remove the BT logos. I'm glad the copy I had was the original with the BT logos. Makes the game look more generic and less realistic without them. Damn you, BT, for making them complaints. It's a work of fiction, it's not real!! If one of their engineers really did get attacked by someone and the attacker claimed The Getaway inspired them to do so, then I could understand their reason to want their logos removed.

This was always the mission I could never beat as a kid
This is probably the best mission in all the game, is very cool killing cops at police station, there are two ways to complete this mission, killing all cops with the gun or following fat bastard of McCormark and shooting her, Indeed great video TheGetawayPro!
Once i get to the evidence room then its terminator style from there.
this game was the best in ps2! wish they can remake it for ps3! one funny thing though, hammon is wanted all over in london so when he enters a police station cant they recognise him?? lool..regardless, a wicked game!!
Even though I ram on the van off the road once I get down from the van and just before I step in into the police station it said that I lost the van :/
It will to be remastered for PS4.
I usually tailed McCormac until the integration room. He basically invincible to gunshot damage until he gets there.
you can still follow him without shooting cops on the first floor of the evidence room then shoot him behind once the alarm goes off

Could never do this fuckin mission, I would always get to the copper chase him and get shot by the police.. ahh so many years of trying, gave up and then completed The Getaway Black Monday

I can´t get past that Mission. I die everytime when I have to kill McCormack in the Police station. Too many Cops :-(
