The question of should Foden be dropped is a legitimate one. It’s not about people saying other people can do that role better, it’s about saying that role shouldn’t be in the team and a different profile of player should be playing so we’re not so unbalanced. When you’re relying on a right footed Trippier to provide all of your threat down the left then something is wrong. Drop Bellingham deeper and play Foden in the 10 or don’t play him at all.

The Bellingham PR is crazy. The strange obsession with having to play him further forward causes big issues in the team. This is team game, not just getting the best out of one player.
