10 years seems to be the maximum amount of time (Jewelry doesn't really count since they flipped members). It's just too hard to do the same thing for a long amount of time. They all have different interests and realistically, acting is so much easier on their lives than being in a girl group (if you can get consistent work). Personally, I'm glad they get to do their own thing. Can you imagine Yoona's schedule from 2008-2016? 7 dramas + SNSD tours + SM tours + TV appearances (and that doesn't include the dance and singing practice time).

Sone have to be the most amazing fans ever. I would definitely stand in the middle of a rain, snow, hail, thunder or lightening storm, Hurricane or tsunami... any kind of storm or weather for those girls. Sone for life. Girls' Generation is the best.

Their faces when the whole crowd started doing the dance were so happy and the fact that the whole crowd learned the dance and did it together in the rain and had a blast gets me emotional.
It looks very fun and warm in some ways. No cameras and phones shown like what kids nowadays doing in concert. Just people having fun. What a wonderful crowd!
They look even happier in the rain. Because playing in the rain links us back to childhood, when we didn’t care about anything else. Just enjoying that moment.
