What's up man, I'm the dude in the video. Here's some extra behind the scenes context:
I saw a man leave out of what seemed to be frustration, and I thought I'd attempt to have a go and see what you knew about these things I started with.
You were impressive with the info you had. As mentioned I hadn't become familiar with various things you brought up. My knowledge is more generalized. Some things which are worth noting about our talk & video here:
    1. Being on the autistic spectrum, I can get overwhelmed quite easily if someone is talking quite loud/close to me. Unfortunately as I'm watching, it comes across in the video as me trying to avoid your rebuttals, which is not the case. I typically prefer a more personal (by that I mean softer) approach when discussing these things. And you were kind in accommodating these especially later during our conversation, I found your approach delightfully personal. I also have Auditory Processing Disorder & Dyslexia which may explain why I was having trouble understanding you after I'd come back.
    2. I'm definitely on the lower end of hefty apologetics research, so for anybody watching please don't use my example as a man that is knowledgeable on backgrounds of apologetics. I'm still learning myself, and don't want to be shamed for trying to find what is right & true. I will openly say I have had a history of learning disabilities. I can only try my best, which is what I did, and we can see my rebuttals were not as on point as yours were. Some much better sources than me are James White, InspiringPhilosophy & N.T. Wright. Especially a series called "The Reliability of the New Testament" & "The Trinity Explained", I'm hoping those will be helpful in bringing insight to those (especially me xD) who want to hear some better explanations. These guys I mentioned have much greater knowledge than me, so follow them for better explanations.
    3. Just as a request, please use a nicer thumbnail. I feel like we'd both look better smiling lol. The convo was again quite pleasant, so I don't want people thinking there was hard feelings between us, as I don't have any hatred against you. I understand you wanted me to see your angle & trying to enlighten me with what you believe to be true, as I was wanting to do the same.
    4. I tripped over myself a lot during our conversation, and that can be a standard thing for me in most conversations with people (especially in relation to getting my point of view & the retelling of specific things). So this isn't something out of the ordinary. I hope to always remain humble.
    5. Taking something supernatural that's hard for humans to understand (like The Trinity) & attempting to apply a human interpretation to it, can only take us so far. I think it would've been better if I said that understanding how great & complex God is, and applying a human description for Him, would only take us so far from our own limited understanding.
I hope that you see this comment and when I see you again, I hope that we will continue to have respectful conversations and that there won't be any room for malice or personal attacks. To quote the Bible "If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal." - (1 Corinthians 13:1)

Hey mate. I am in no way going to speak for Hashim may Allah increase his knowledge and keep him giving Dawah to the non muslims.
But I can say one thing, the park is a hectic place, most of the christians who go there to debate/argue or speak about their religion are very close minded and tend to go preach in ignorance, I dont know about you but maybe you didn't know or didn't understand why most debaters such as Hashim speak the way he does, at the end of the day, he does it for the sake of the truth, otherwise he wouldn't care about you if It wasn't to connect you to the truth to the Almighty God, the one true God Allah, and to be honest, It's pretty clear, even your facial expressions says it all whenever a verse bible is mentioned and he debunks it completely.
It's not about you being ignorant of certain things, Admitting it is completely a good start, and there is no shame in that, we are all ignorant in most of things, but it's the fact that the whole creed of christianity you had was just fallen like that not with tricks or magic, with counter biblical verses, logic and common sense, you just need an open and sincere heart to digest it through, and I know for a fact you knew it doesn't make sense because it was clear how you reacted to his counters, it all depends whether you will prefer to stick to what your forefathers were spoonfeeding you without proofs or opening your heart to the truth.
May Allah guide me and you to the truth.

Hi i understand all ur view point except no. 5.
Yes God is complex and our limited human mind cannot comprehend him.
However, the communication God has with us must be in a way thats understandable based on human mind (logic and rational). God is not the author of confusion and I believe you would say the same, hence why its important to establish anything that we claim to be from God must be understandable for human mind.
Hence why, trinity as u said that cannot be explained based on human mind, does not make sense for it to be coming from God.
That is assuming it comes from God, which is another debate in itself because there clearly no explicit statement or context that supports trinity in bible.

As salaam Alaykum. One thing many Christians fail to understand is that man is fallible and easily fooled. This includes them. God is constant and consistent so how can it be that he would condemn Human sacrifice then say the only salvation is from the death of an innocent man. That’s one of the many problems they face.

All Prophets of Allah. Even in science or journalism you it states you should get your information from multiple sources and corroborate it. That's the way to find the truth among falsehoods.

The Quran is noted for its numerical miracles, which are considered evidence of its divine origin. One of the strong examples of the mathematical structure of the Quran is, the word "day" (yawm) in its singular form appears 365 times, corresponding to the number of days in a year, while the word "month" (shahr) appears 12 times, matching the number of months in a year. Additionally, the word
"life" (hayat) and "death" (mawt) each appear 145 times, and the words "man" (rajul) and "woman" (imra'ah) both appear 24 times, suggesting a balance and symmetry within the text. These patterns are more than coincidental, they intricate design beyond human capability. Such numerical phenomena, along with the Quran's linguistic and literary qualities, contribute to its status as a miraculous and inimitable text.

    Redeemed does not mean forgiveness.
To redeem is to recover, from the power of another, something or someone, by payment of a price.
It means to ransom: to buy off
To buy up, to buy up for one's self, for one's use
    ● Christ redeemed the people who were under the curse of the law, by becoming a curse so that he was able to take their place. He came in the likeness of sinful flesh, and on account of sin. He was without sin so he is not a man.
A man cannot condemn sin in the flesh. [There is no man who can make such a judgment.]
Christ did all this so that the blessing of Abraham might come on all peoples of the world in Jesus Christ.
    ● Do not misrepresent the meaning of the words that are used in the bible.
To do so is to peddle misinformation.

    • @peace4045
      @peace4045 5 місяців тому +2

All these bs and still does not make sense. Lets play along ur redeemed explanation.
Ok the sins are redeemed now, so means everyone can go to heaven as long as they believe in crucifiction ?

    • @allanwilliams2079

      @@peace4045
Be careful! A lack of humility hinders understanding.
To term anything as being bs, you have to be able to show that you have knowledge which proves it to be so.
      ● What does believe in the crucifixion mean??
      ● This is what is asked of man.
      Isaiah 55:7
Let the wicked forsake his ways, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
      Matthew 4:17
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
      Mark 1:15
And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
      Acts 3:19
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
      ● the Bible does not say, the sins are redeemed: now, believe in crucifixion, and you will go to heaven:
      ● The Bible is clear in what it says. And what it says is this:
" The kingdom of heaven is at hand: Repent ye, and believe the gospel. "
[Redeemed, through the crucifixion, of Jesus, is merely a part of what the gospel teaches.]
      1) Repent:
      asking forgiveness and turning to God, rejecting the ways that are contrary to his;
      2) Believe the gospel:
      Accepting and following what it says;
P.S: you need to try and get Hashim to respond. He is peddling misinformation.

Just clarify the purpose of cruxifiction. Nobody arguing with u if forgiveness is good or not. In fact we agree god is forgiving. The argument is cruxifiction and what purpose does it serve ? What does it mean by redeeming ? If god can be forgiving, what is point of redeeming ? Rack ur brain and start answering rather than running away from the question at hand.

So, I do not see 1+1+1: nor do I speak of it.
I have no use for nonsense.
      1+1+1 speak of separate beings.
The Bible does not speak of separate beings.
      Jesus says,
      John 10:30
I and my Father are one.
This means that Jesus and the Father existence is one being.
Jesus dwells in the Father: and the Father dwells in him.
The spirit of Jesus is the spirit of God.
No living being can exist without a spirit: therefore, the spirit of God is not another being, it is the one being that is the Father.
Jesus did not say l plus(+) my Father plus(+) the Holy Spirit.
There is a difference between the word "are" and the word "plus"(+).
They do not mean the same thing.
Here it is stated with great clarity.
      1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear witness in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are one.
      ● Whatever things you wish to add ; remember, as is stated, in 1 John 5:7, (these three are one).
They are not added together. This is their existence: one.
