Sometimes a piece that lasts more than one hour (Bruckner, Wagner, Mahler, etc) cannot touch us like Satie's brevity does. Amazing chord progressions! Scriabin would not make it better.

Whaaat? I dont compare satie and scriabin but sir, scriabin WOULD make it better. Satie's other works example sarabandes better than this Quator

I’d make a distinction between Mahler and Wagner tho. Mahler was very emotionally expressive while Wagner just bores you to death.
