Recipe :
Potatoes 1.2kg
Water
Chili powder 1tsp
Black pepper 1/6tsp
Garlic powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1/3tsp
Cooking oil 2tbsp
Corn starch 1tbsp
First bake at 230°C for 35 minutes
Mozzarella cheese 50g
Bake a second time at 230°C for 15 minutes
