One of the many great songs that occupy the album "Liars". That album really turned the corner for me to me becoming a "Toddiophile". After that I bought up everything he's done and my head exploded. The man is beyond prolific. And to add insult to injury, I live in Chicago and saw him walking down the street being totally unbothered around the time these concerts were being broadcast. I so wanted to stop my truck and jump out to meet him, but it was COVID days and getting close to someone was not the thing to do. I hope he'll do a few more tours before throwing in the towel. I saw him twice on tour with Daryl. Both shows great. People were shouting for HandO songs, but I was there to hear Todd and Daryl's own work. The definitely brought their A game to that tour.

I got the fever in 74, after that met him a couple of times, played with him and now I'm on his freaking DVD.
Interesting....didn't quite expect it, but the quality and value of this production exceeded my expectations. At the time of its original production I had little interest because of how bothered I was by the pandemic hype overall, but watching the video now I can recognize how artfully done the set and costumes are, and how good the live music turned out. In a way Todd & company seem at their best in a kind of quasi TV-studio context, and this reminds somewhat of his excellent Saturday Night Live performances of the late '80's and early '90's. There's both refinement and freshness brought to the original song. In that sense I'll say: Glad you posted this one. I'd definitely watch another one from this show.
I watched all of the geofenced Chicago residency shows during the pandemic. God Says was always a highlight - not only because it’s such a great song, but also its relevance to our current dysfunctional social and political environment. In fact, the entire Liars album has taken on greater significance along with other gems like Fascist Christ. Thank you for posting this fantastic clip!
Thank you always for your incredible posts, RP! Beautiful clip from Clearly Human Virtual Live Tour! What a gift this was to the world. Genius and hard work…TODD! ✌🏽❤️🌏 peace, love, one world
One of the best songs about modern religion ever. Because he’s such a musical wizard (😉) Todd’s themes aren’t paid as much weight as Dylan or Paul Simon but he’s a sharp observer of modern society and actually very profound.
I LOVE TODD, KASIM, MISHELE and thanks for the great concerts and all the songs that I've sung along with for practically my whole life. But, in my heart I've always wanted to change his wardrobe, like dressing up a snowman. ⛄He has a certain style of dress and it's always been awful. Just a minor thing compared to his MAJOR TALENT. 🔥
Bravo Todd! Still going strong! ❤
Till the end
Marvelous songs
