UNILUS wins international university debate

The University of Lusaka -UNILUS- has won the Hague Inter-University debate that was held in The Hague, Netherlands.
UNILUS School of Law Lecturer THERESA LUMBAMA- KAPUTO says it is a huge achievement for the school as it is the first University to produce an African Champion in the competition.
Speaking to ZNBC News at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport- KKIA- when Students arrived, Mrs. LUMBAMA-KAPUTO said the competition was conducted in a Hybrid format comprising both online and physical.
Meanwhile, Law Student AUSTIN KACHENGA said the tournament had 32 schools out of which four made it to the finals with UNILUS in the first position.
And UNILUS law Student ASIYATU MDALA encouraged other schools across Africa to dream big and take part in such competitions.
