Thank you for the shoutout, 🙏!!!! This vid literally made my day!!! So glad it passed the gauntlet lol. It's a trippy, super cool piece for sure. As always, great video man!
Hmmm. That's a tidy lil' sum there. Good check-in & trouble shooting. It kinda reminds me of a knife I got for my son. It was a Vortek Fennec in carbon fiber scales & in D2 steel. Just not I the premium materials of course. But, I did win it in a bid off Ebay for $25. Well worth it! Carry on...
I really like these! Might have to grab myself one. I really want a slender knife to carry when I need to dress up, and I feel like this would be perfect. Thanks for showing it to us!
Just got mine. Bloody gorgeous little thing. A hair awkward, but let's see how she does after a week or two. Maybe I'll get used to it. Pretty much just the right size for edc. She'll be put through brutal paces with me.
@@DiscerningManOk it's been a couple of weeks, I've got notes. Pros- The anodized finish is remarkably grippy. She fits the hand well. Seems fairly tough. Handles light work pretty well (cutting plastic bags, cardboard boxes, cutting paper, the occasional plastic strap). I like how light and nearly invisible it is. Cons- The button lock could be a hair larger, the "thumb cube" just doesn't do it for me. Too slick to grip, yet sharp cornered enough to annoy, Neither fish nor foul. I am a die hard thumb wheel guy too and it's just not working for me. I think I'll break out my allen keys, remove it and gently grind it into a knurled "thumb octagon". If that doesn't work I might just remove it altogether. Overall I'm pretty happy with it. It does what it says on the tin. Small, unobtrusive, handy, light. Would be right at home in suit pants or a Hawaiian shirt pocket. I think I'd pay some good money for a slightly brawnier blue-collar version, same awesome looks, a hair larger, with an assisted opening and a working thumb wheel. I'll be keeping an eye on Kubey for further developments.
Update. I've been carrying this gorgeous little thing for a few weeks of medium use, and it's not holding up very well. It's lovely, but it's strictly a pricey letter opener. Not holding an edge well, hold open is failing after a few hard knocks. It needs to stay on a desk. Sorry, Kubey. It's amazing looking, and you got my money, but I'm tossing it into the pen holder. Every day carry? Sure. Every day use? Nope.
That's a cool looking piece! Thanks!

I've always liked this knife. Just haven't picked one up..

Sitivien makes nice executive knives also. The Sitivien st252 and the st255.
They're in titanium and carbon fiber with damascus blades, fir $80..
Modern melon tester. I like it, thanks for the look.
It’s got character... A great gift for someone you dislike.
@@SharpOnSight hmm, odd point of view. It’s supposed to be a ceo style knife . And clearly well built for a great price 👍
Those are cool looking, slim jims
Cool blade. Your voice sounds just like Jesse The Body Ventura

@@DiscerningMan She's just not holding up, amigo. I'm regretting the purchase. It's wearing out fast.
@daviddavid5880 oh no, what's happened?

Micro...cold steel
Really cool knife but its a shame its made in China. Just cant bring myself to buy a Chinese knife at any price point.
Not my cup of tea, brother. American tanto and the thumb disk just turns me off. If it had a Japanese tanto and normal thumb studs, I'd be a player.
Well you're in luck! There's like 5 million other slim knives that already exist with regular tanto blades and thumb studs.
