Thanks Boris for this feature, bit pliz tell me the place looks quite flat and with the rains pounding I would like to know how is the drainage system from your observations, and is it in a development controlled area? No highrises coming up?

There are zero floods ,since it started raining .The drainage here is good ,the entire project sits on approximately 4 acres with no obstruction around it.

Simply elegant. But the staging campaign should be fired. It’s like they were deliberately not trying. The house feels cold, exact opposite of what homely means. Would a few rags on the floors, mounted pictures, better consoles and what not be too much to ask from a staging company?
