Can honestly say I never realised the res was so big so when we fancy it we pop up to Carsington or the other one, Ladybower. Is this a drone you are using, if so, they're amazing gizmos? I'm curious if this reservoir is private? I'm disabled on wheels so can never go anywhere with stiles and whereas Attenborough I can use my SpazChaz to a certain degree and some owners of private land have allowed me to use my quad bike so long as I'm respectful and don't churn it up. I'd personally love to access this res as I used to pass it daily from Kimbo to Underwood but all I've ever seen is the house you took off from, a couple of footpath signs and nothing regarding the reservoir itself and just the brief glance to the right as I've driven past. I was at Kimbo comp many years ago and studied local history which included the spent rich revolution but not fully. I'd have been more interested in this place. I live in Sutton Bridge, Lincs now with my every increasing family. If you can give me more information though I'd be ever so grateful
