Lately a few people been messaging me about missing packages or empty packages. I actually refunded a girl who had her package stolen just because I felt bad for her and I am replacing a item that usps stole or mishandled last week just out of the goodness of my heart, I hope we can all have more empathy and compassion for each other.

Not gonna lie it seems like the further south u go the worst the ups and fedex service gets cause in the 10+ years using ups ive had like 2 packages lost. Never had one stolen only damaged product which then had to be returned and 1 truck burned down 😅.

That's why when you ship stuff to a customer on whatnot, if it is a lot of shoes and it adds up to be a lot of money, you ship everything separate. So that way if you do lose out it may be on only one shoe. They don't allow you to bundle the packages anymore

I’ve been scammed by StockX on four separate occasions, losing over $1,000 from sales I made on the platform. Each time, they claimed the item I sent wasn’t correct, even though I know it was. It feels like they swapped what I sent with some fake knockoff, took a photo, and then charged me a $15 processing fee for a ‘wrong item.’ After that, I stopped using the site and now only sell locally. I know the pain of being burned like this. I hope the person who did this to you gets what they deserve. What goes around comes around! Stay strong, Brotha!

Man I feel your frustration! I was recently burned by someone i considered a friend. Dude got me for $320. Crazy part is I helped him with that money. He was supposed to pay me back BUT I haven’t heard from him since smh. Like you just said, I can do right by everyone, have a kind and helpful heart, NEVER ONCE fucked over someone. After all that I’m still The one that gets burned smh. Honestly it makes me sick. People now days have absolute ZERO morals. They will throw out all their integrity over a couple hundred bucks. You might have recourse to get your money back did you get a receipt from the USPS if so there should be a tracking number on said receipt which you can track as well and should show delivered to recipient as well as the text thread between you and him also you should have grabbed what he posted via screen recordings
He didn’t grab a receipt when he dropped it off. Big mistake on his part. Always get a receipt when dropping off packages.

I almost had a bad situation today bought new Kobe’s halo lows on eBay and eBay passed them as new when slightly used.. wanted to return them for refund and I said I would pay for shipping and sent pics of heel drag and lil stain on flyknit and eBay gave me a partial refund half.. I was like sureee that works but I was ready for a no can’t be returned.. lol got lucky!

As a postal employee I have a few concerns with how you are handling over valuable packages willy nilly. id be happy to try and help privately track down your package but it strikes me odd theres no option for insurance on whatnot sinxe pretty much all parcels have some measure of insurance to them. Based on value of the package i would have required they be insured in case something happened. And when dropping off a package with any company, you need to ensure you get an acceptance scan and a receipt so that would make certain the parcel goes in the system and can be claimed if it doesnt go anywhere. I definitely want to look in my internal system and see the status for you. If anything, it might tell a story if there actually are some breadcrumbs.

I had something like that happen to me on ebay once dude kept messaging me that his shoes hadn't arrived so i was checking the tracking and USPS had not updated the shipping so after a week of dude bugging me I gave him a refund then guess what a day later tracking updated and the package was delivered i message dude like you send me my money but ya'll know he ghosted me so he got my money and my shoes now I don't' message back take it up with Ebay it was not for 1k tho thankfully only 220
Yeah I learned only send shoes by fed ex or ups only. Also purchase insurance. But yes ebay policies cover this situation. Only thing is I don't know how it affects the seller.
