Only thing i would say different is that you actually want to buy the body piece last, as most use the Varrock platebody for the increase in mining effeciancy. So to capitalize on that as well as maintain a full set you should buy the chest piect last.
I scrolled through the comments, I didn't see this. But, once you give the Rift Guardian essence, it gives you run energy back based on how much essence you give. Not sure on exact numbers.
Starting by placing a weak cell before mining helps make sure games don’t get failed and you still get enough fragments to last the whole game. If you stop mining when there’s about 30 seconds left before enemies spawn, you can do a full run of runes before the portal spawns and still have enough fragments to get through the game. Combo runes are also far less effort than you’d expect. Just gives a bit more energy which will give you more points at the end.

Agree, although this minigame is quite easy in the end, it always looked complicated and overwhelming with the whole interface and stuff. This video taught me the basics. :)

hey brotha, you should consider adding a high pass filter to your vocal track before you export your video. Set the roll-off somewhere between 200-300 Hz. I have a studio audio setup and the amount of bass coming through on certain pronunciations of words is crazy loud my non-solicited advice aside, thanks for the guide!

You could also bring it as a switch still. If you’re really hard pressed for the extra inventory spot you could always just stock up on free platebodys in varrock and drop them when you’re done mining your starting stockpile.
I recently got my first bomd and started playing this game. I have played it on my phone and my pc. I could certainly say it isn't easy to play it on mobile. I also tried it on pc and got twice the point I was getting on mobile

Got the mining bar, the teleport timers under it, the minigames ui on top of that, another minigame ui in the middle, your combat style, the portals are highlighted, the main guardian is highlighted, and theres 2 xp bars (which to be fair i have both of them too). And all in a fixed window. How can this man see?

Looking back at this after optimizing a solo method and getting 10-14 points per game. This guide is definitely a bit rushed for the time. Has nothing about the portal timings, how much you can do and still reach a portal. Lots could be updated and added if you ever remake this guide.
@@Harrison1264 getting extremely lucky with yew logs in the lantern and getting just the right distribution of points yeah. But it's extremely rare, only got it like twice in over 500 games. 10-13 is probably a lot more accurate for how improbable 14 is.

Going to the grand exchange and buying 99 skills and using a credit card to buy best in slot gear is not difficult or impressive. Jagex cant help you if you do that, as you wont play the game or use any methods to begin with. Why does your main need an update when you wont play the update? "Oh look. I found the grand exchange. I have a credit card (or mommy does). *buys 99 smithing, prayer, herblore, fletching, etc etc etc etc* Wow what a cool game. Oh look a new update. Naaahhhh, ill just stay at the GE more! Wow this is so easy and fun!!
Forget the chisel. Use a rune pouch in that slot for npc contact to repair pouches. Start by collecting 10 cells. 1. Mine until 45 seconds is left 2. Craft and fill pouches and inventory 3. Craft runes in pillar 4. Wait for teleport 5. Repeat steps 2, 3&4 until the end of the game. Rinse and repeat
