Earlier when i click on shutdown motherboard rgb led logo and the led of the case fans used to turn off together. Now when I click shutdown rgb led logo of motherboard shuts down instantly but as usual all the case fans led turns off a few seconds later properly. Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite

You don’t need 750w. Change to 650w. Change the cpu to Ryzen 5 3600 then make the gpu better. Aim for a at least an rtx 2060 super with the saved money. And what is the rams clock speed?
You can buy instead of the GTX 1660ti the new RTX 3070 when it is avaivable ( my english is broken :) )
