I think it's normal to change hair styles I just don't think the pixy cut looks good on the actress playing Penny. Maybe if it was styled differently, it would be cuter. It also just doesn't match Penny's character in my mind
Not about Penny's hair, is is about people who believe for some weird reason it is their job to control someone else's hair.
