Personally, I think the arrangement on this version is a little crowded - the beauty of the original piece is a bit flooded with the horn section. As a result I think it loses some of the potency that the original had, with clear cut transitions, where the main ensemble is overshadowed. That being said, I love your work, and hope you will take this criticism as its meant to be - constructive.

Thanks! Which timestamps do you feel in particular are affected by this?

@@UtopiaMusic I think it really comes into focus at around the 2:34 mark. There’s a lot of instruments playing all at once, but (in my opinion) not in a way that compliment one another, but instead drown out beauty that each section of the orchestra has on its own. In the original version, this portion of the song has a much cleaner transition into the climax. Furthermore, the horns themselves play over each other - it seems there are two different horns playing at 2:45 rather than the single, harmonious note carried in the original song. It comes up again to a lesser extent at 2:58.
All that said, all music is subjective to the listener. What I think as a detriment someone else might consider an improvement, and regardless, the piece itself is an incredible accomplishment. To use your own words, it really does carry the magic, power and glory of the era and of the game. So once again - please do not take my criticism as anything more than both personal and constructive.
As always I eagerly await your next work.

The one time I ever looked at the music player in thousands of hours to see what the song is. Wonderful ❤

It's beautiful, except it bothers me that the 0:05 starts off-beat instead of on-beat as in original.

I believe I like the original better, though this has become fmailair to me, and it's still a great piece of music. But I think the original sounded more... clear, clean and martial.
Anyway, I'm glad they'r eboth up for those who prefer one or the other. :3
