Could you use the same type of fusible interfacing you used in your beautiful silk dress outer pieces to other fabrics that would wrinkle easily, such as linen? Would that help keep the wrinkling to a minimum?
I'm sure that would likely work. Give it a try! Just always pre-shrink BOTH fabrics. IMHO, nothing works like real silk, but in these days of financial strain, sure...give synthetics a try.
Great video. I'm still a bit confused. There are non-woven interfacings, got that. Is there a specific type of interfacing for knits/jersey only? I can't find one marked that? Your links no longer work and so am not sure what to get on Amazon for what you call an 8 way knit interfacing. You help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Wash the fabric with (after you sew it in) the interfacing?

How do you fuse interfacing to fabric that is dry clean only?
That shouldn't prohibit or change the application method at all. Go right ahead. ALWAYS test though!
I heard that steam isn’t good in fusing interfacing?
DEFINITELY NOT TRUE - in my opinion and experience. Steam is NEEDED - along with heat and pressure.
