Sweet Grizzly! I have the same one. I wondered which was quicker between the Grizzly and the KQ, but you just showed the Grizz takes the prize. Great video.
in this instance i won but normally the kq is alot closer. that bike is stock and on 27s with no clutching done. all i have done is a 2r exhaust tip but it clearly makes a difference!
Interesting. So, normally the Grizz and KQ are neck and neck? I’ve been looking at some tips, but don’t want to run the risk of allowing mud to enter the exhaust system easier. Have you noticed any issues?
@@JamesBond-ps4pw yes I would say they’re almost identical. I have had no issues with mud getting in the exhaust but had it partially plug up the spark arrestor screen before. As long as you don’t let off the throttle when it’s underwater you should be fine!
I just picked up a 2024 Grizzly. What situations do you chose to use low range and diff lock? I see even in deep mud holes you don't have diff lock on. Is this because of the rev limiter and extra stress on drive train? My Wolverine only has the 1 speed and no diff lock. Trying to prepare for how and when I will choose to use them.
@@Fearnight I rarely use diff lock but when I do it’s usually in very sticky mud or rutted out areas that need more technical slower speeds. Most of this video is just water with a hard bottom due to being spring and the front end wasn’t doing really any work. If I know I can pin the throttle for the most part I’ll just keep it in low 4wd. As for low and hi range if the machines ever lugging down, thick mud, towing or any type of heavy load on the drive drain you should put it in low to save your clutch.
I’d have to say grizzly due to the 680 still not having power steering and not being updated for many years. Sad to see Honda give up on a bike that had potential!

Very interesting. Thanks for the exhaust info, too.

Awesome ATV 700cc Grizzly!🦾🐻
Impressive the speeds you are running on this trail and the Honda Pioneer is leading the pack. Nice footage!
Very cool video. Looks like a really fun ride. Where abouts is this?

@@JoelAvery686 Makes sense. Thanks!
Have you had to replace/repair anything on the grizzly ?
@@greygoose4x46 nothing major yet. Tore a cv boot other than that just basic maintenance!
Is your exhaust stock? It sounds great
@@mitchreiners7686 2r racing tip is all I got!
I'm assuming that Speedo must be in KPH?
Northern Ontario ?
Nova Scotia!
Who’s better grizzly or the Honda rencon 680?

Rincon sucks off-road. It’s a 3
Speed and geared high. 27s can rob all the power.
you know whats funny, my names also Avery, and i also run a atv yt channel
Amazing!

Dang dude thats some muddy shit !
