Last Thursday, in honour of Women's Day, we had the privilege of hosting an enlightening conversation with our esteemed WiMSA patrons and industry leaders. Lindi Nakedi, Claire Mcmaster, Fatima Collins, and Dr Thutula Balfour shared their valuable journeys with us, filled with wisdom, insights, and experiences as Women in South Africa's Mining Industry.
Our Chairperson, Raksha Naidoo, facilitated the online discussion, where these remarkable industry leaders and mentors offered guidance to the women in our industry. Their input is invaluable in empowering and inspiring future female leaders in mining.
