My problem is my feet roll around. They just arent strong or stable. I dont fall or anything. When i was younger a podiatrist made arches for me. Im 61 now. My feet are small and narrow and just weird. Its like they never fully developed. Not unlike my boobs!

I was looking for exercises to strengthen all the muscles involved in walking, and I thought yours were absolutely fantastic.
I'm over 66 years old and because of a job where I barely have time to take care of myself, take the walks I used to do, I've lost strength and muscle mass, as this situation has lasted for 2.5 years. I need to continue with this job, but I'm trying to exercises that I can do in my room.

Please tell me: do you have exercises on your channel to increase and train balance? I also lose my balance easily since I stopped walking in the woods.

These might help a bit, but strength and control exercises are usually more important after a stroke.
