The two in the front are full 8ft, and the two in the back are cut to I believe its about 6ft or so, but they typically dont sell 6ft 4x4s, so you have to buy them as 8ft. Hope that answers your question!

Cleaning once a week will get old. The deep litter method works much much much better. ( no stink, no smell at all )The pine shavings should be at least 6 inch When it’s time to clean the coop. I clean my coop once a year. It also help to keep the inside of the coop warm.
One thing I might suggest, is having a black soldier fly bin at the end of the coop. When the BSFL crawl out they fall into a bin in the coop and the chickens can eat them. You just put food waist into the BSF bin and the maggots eat the food, then become chicken food. For free.
Love the look of this coop. Quick question tho, where in the heck did you get the hen house. I’m about to build your coop but can’t find a hen house that would fit with it
Hi! Im sorry for my delay, so I bought the hen house locally from a carpenter who built these for fun. However any should do, it is just a matter of how high you put it off of the ground, and where you place the mesh wire to block off anything that is not an entrance! It is very customizable :)

Hi, there are two windows, one on the left and one on the right, maybe you can't see them in the video but they are lined with mesh wire.
Two silkies I had were always getting beat up by the other chickens, which made them very skittish. Never buy them again. Nice pen...

Why did you put the wire on the inside of the run instead of the outside of the run?
It visually looks better from the outside, and does not bother the chickens inside. You can choose to do whatever you like though.
