Hi How are you! i was wondering how is the energy situation? (i dont call it crisis due to the fact goverments created it so they can make profit), i know there have been protest but finding information about it is quite difficult, thanks in advance have a great day!
Hey! Well, we all have opinions about that but the thing is, I do not personally see any problem with energies anymore. Yes, they got three times more expensive compared to two years ago, but people have adjusted and noone seems to care anymore. Summer is here so no heating costs involved, no light most of the day. We'll see where it goes with the winter.
Hi, Jan does not have informtion. There were big protests in Prague and other big cities due to high energie prices. People blame goverment of the problem. Some families are not able to pay deposits for energies. The opposition use the situation to cause goverment to resign.
Hi Tovard! I would probably go for so called 2+1 or 3+kk. The first one is something in between one and two bedrooms. Technically meant as 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room, but the living room could be used as a child room if needed :) I can see that working :)
@@OriginalFati_01 I see! I do not think I am qualified to do so, we do not really work with warehouses etc. You can try to google photos of "Ubytovna" since this is my idea of workers accommodation.
do you do consultation on finding accommodation? we are looking for accommodation with my boyfriend? to study and we are looking for a studio apartment to live together can you please tell me how i get the service if you do consultation on finding accommodation.
Hey! We do consultations as well as we can help you find the flat completely :) Get in touch using one of the contacts in the description of the video :)
@@Haryothosyn No, she can not work under family reunification visa. She might work under the family reunification residence permit, or could get a trade licence and work as a freelancer :) I shot another video about this topic :)
Prices in Prague and Brno have hit unsustainable levels, with property reaching around €3,000-€4,000 per square meter, while Germany's Brandenburg region offers cheaper options at €2,200-€2,800 per square meter. In addition, the Czech Republic's minimum wage lags far behind, at approximately €650 per month, compared to Germany's €1,820. With wages failing to keep pace, many foreign workers are eyeing a move to higher-paying EU countries. Brain drain seems inevitable-enjoy the foreign talent while you can, because this model can't last forever.
Hi Mr. Jan , What will I do if my deposit doesn't want to give by the owner , he said he did not received my deposit, Because the flat was sell to him 2 months after I pay the deposit . What action I can take to get back my deposit ?
Hey! Well, if you had a valid lease agreement before the flat was sold, your lease is valid even after the flat was sold, so the landlord should give you the deposit back.
@@jankalina-CzechVisaExpert Thanks for the info. I believe it was still valid because I started there September 2021 and move out January 2022 . And the flat was sold or have new owner November or December 2021. Though it's only 6k CZK , but it's money , Thanks for your videos.
@@jankalina-CzechVisaExpert I tried to message them both the owner and the person which I gave the deposit around February 2022 for any update but no reply specially the person whom I gave my deposit .
As a third country national, Do I need a guarantor to have the untilities(Electricity,Gas,Water) in my name?
Not really but it depends on the electricity provider (there is not only PRE/CEZ) and the way you try to register with them (online vs in person).
Do these prices come down when you're outside of Prague?
Depends on how far from Prague and how big of a city.
Thanks Jan about this information. May I know if the rent rate you discuss is good for 1 month?
Yes, monthly rates :)

Hi Jan,
What is the standard room for a family of 3? Will One bedroom ok for a new family who is planning to migrate to Czech-republic?

2+kk is basically 1 bedroom and a living room combined with kitchen which might be ok if the child was small but probably not for a bigger one.
Prosim, is this in koruny or euro? Dekuji.
CZK per month :)

If he is creating trouble, consider horing a lawyer. If a lawyer prepares a letter and sends it to the landlord, they all usually start cooperating :)
