My trip, scheduled between the 3rd of March 2020 and the 7th of March has one and only aim and that is to meet and support the Lebanese community down under. After touring Lebanon for the last five years or so, it’s time to meet the Lebanese community across the globe; SYDNEY, Australia here we come!
Planning on filming several "Mechwar" youtube episodes in SYDNEY to support the Lebanese restaurant owners and entrepreneurs. Heroes... I'll be traveling to meet them and thank them for their work. My dream is to show the successful Lebanese community around the world and Australia is one of the major countries hosting millions of our compatriots.

I have to say and after trying baklawa from majority of stores in Sydney, Ibrahim's Patisserie makes the nicest ones. I can't say its the best in Australia because I haven't tried any from Melbourne yet

I have been to Sydney on several occasions and I couldn't agree more that in Australia the food's quality is not found anywhere else on the globe ! C'est leur matières premières comme la farine (leur blé) le lait, la viande ... etc. nul n'égale leur goût au monde; tout ça grâce à leur respect de la terre/agriculture..lois .... sûrement La nourriture Libanaise en Australie soit à Sydney ou à Melbourne à un goût supérieure à celle que nous possédons au pays !!!!
