Not just the best episode of Black Mirror, I think it's the greatest sci-fi short ever on television. I'm a 52 year old man with kidney failure who was a teen in the 80s, and this hit me so hard. How I wish heaven was a place on earth, that this could be real.

By far my favorite episode of Black Mirror ever. I remember watching this with my husband and when she put the song on in the car we both started smiling and crying.

1:25 chokes me up every time. Because I see that building and I think what if... just what if one day our greatest minds can actually pull something like this off? Maybe not for a hundred years, maybe it'll take five. But it's got to happen one day, because grief and death itself is an outrage and a problem that must be solved. If they can do this, it would be the most glorious thing ever done.
I think you'd know - there would subtle clues - stuff that is unlikely and makes no sense at all. Things like you'd get stuck in the same decade, the news would constantly be repeating, Trump would be president, Boris would be the Prime Minister - stuff like that.
@@haroldgamarra7175 hmm... I love my life the way it's following right now, but the fact that I've lost my aunt and gonna lose my parents in the future, that means "heaven" would end somehow. It can't. Consciousness is not transferable. Even if we could one day copy you perfectly and inject this copy into a system, it still wouldn't be *you*.
