How To Refill Your SpeedWire Laser Wire Dispenser!

We have created a simple-to-follow guide on how to load the SpeedWire device, as shown in this easy-to-follow video.
SpeedWire is a laser wire dispenser to help you work more effectively on your laser welder. SpeedWire is a new product to Freeform Fabrication and is the ONLY laser wire dispenser available to buy.
Easily hold the SpeedWire unit so there is no need to struggle to bend the laser wire to the right position. Avoid shooting yourself with the laser by keeping your fingers further away from the laser shot area; it will also stop heat from transferring up the wire to your fingers.
Step-by-step guide:
1. Insert the loading tool into the hole found on the back of the device.
2. Use a pin to push the white plastic tac through to the other side and remove it.
3. Remove the wheel.
4. Insert the Allen key into the small black nut and turn anti-clockwise to loosen the guide tube.
5. Push the guide tube so it appears inside the wheel chamber.
6. Insert the white plastic pin into the hole located on the left side of the device, making sure it doesn’t protrude into the wheel cavity.
7. Use laser wire of your choice and feed it into the guide tube.
8. Pull out the guide tube slightly so that it’s no longer visible in the wheel cavity.
9. Place the wheel securely into the cavity and push the white plastic pin through the middle of the wheel to secure it into place.
10. Remove the loading tool by pulling on it.
11. Tighten up the black nut clockwise with your Allen key.
