Such a kind thing to do! It's rewarding to encourage a young rockhound. There's so much more than rocks to enjoy about the hobby. 😊
How do you say you are a parent without saying you are❤
You Sir are an amazing parent! Knew I liked this channel for more than shiny rocks❤! I love seeing your boys on the beach with you learning about something that interests you. A fantastic learning experience for them and family time for you.
100%
My hat's off to you! What a beautiful gesture on your part! Good luck Alyssa on your journey and welcome to the community 🙏❤
Beautiful stones! You are very kind 😊❤
This is so interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Helping people, teaching, is the most rewarding part of any hobby
100%
Pitting fun time😂
Hello I wanted to let u that you you always teach me so much things to look for but my problem is that I’m in S.E, Ky a place called Harlan an we have nothing for my to cut cu z I got a saw … so what would u do to start ur journey
You can always buy some rocks from the rock shed or kingsley north. Both are excellent in that they provide a large variety of rough rock.
What kind of grinder wheel is that please
It is an 8"inch cabking
Legend i can't help thinking that you sound like Ricky from trailer park boys
What Ricky did after sobering up.
Exactly it's sober Ricky 😅
Interesting content, love how you don’t focus on one aspect with your videos but give a shot on many of the different parts of the hobby.
Cheers from Hubtown!
Great idea for helping the tumbling process!
Also, a very kind gesture to the UK family.
What a wonderful gift! So nice! Best of luck and have fun!
Nice❤❤❤❤
Thanks 🤗
You are inspiring and kind :)
Thank you!!
WOW how sweet of you to do that for Alyssa!❤ Great sample of rocks for her!!
You are awesome man!
I appreciate that!
Hey is this Jason? I've recently found 2 round square Amethyst Stones they are square on all 4 sides and the ends on both Stones is round like faceted you know what I mean?
This is Jason!
You can send me pics of yiur finds to rockhoundinglife@gmail.com
What a special thing you & her mom are doing 🩷
Great video that was needed by many. I have had a handful of people ask me if I did anything before tumbling stones. I haven’t tumbled much so I always refer them to other channels for tips. But I have used my flat lap to pre-round stones before tumbling and it’s a great time saver.
I’ll add this video to the list of handy video links to share around when people ask about tumbling. 🤘
Still watching…
Thanks for watching and sharing!
Definitely a lot easier to prep with the cabbing machine. I’ve done a little on my tumbled rocks with a rotary tool before having a cabber. It was a nice thing you did for the young lady.
The cabbing machine makes it easier but you can do it with any flat lap.
What a sweet thing to do 😊. Thanks for the great info as always!
Our pleasure!
