Healthy, but a little scratchy. I've found that adjusting the tabs on the back of the horn with a flathead screwdriver can help alleviate the scratchiness.
I have these at my middle school with mini horns in classrooms, small rooms and bathrooms. Not sure what type of mini horn though. Some of the main alarms have been replaced with Wheelock AS’s. (Ouch)
This has a sound that resembles the Simplex -9219 (makes sense since the newer Faraday mechanism)

At first it sounds like a Wheelock 34T/ a “fixed” 7002T.
Sounds like A GMS or a 9219.
I like federal signal too Whemenoc alarms.
