Dry stubborn soap is best. As I don't always watch a video, just listen when I'm wanting to fall asleep, soft soap is normally more visual (nails digging in is a tingler) but the sounds of dry soap is soothing.
I keep coming back to this video. This is SOOOO good, one of the first soap scratching videos I've REALLY loved and this is going on my all time favorite asmr list ♡♡♡
