It's only one of the Documents that can be used while registering

You can get admissions in Medical Colleges in Kerala through ALL INDIA MERIT List ( AIQ )
I'm not sure about your daughter's state quota eligibility, If eligible for kerala state quota you can apply for KEAM 2025 ( writing of the exam is not necessary ) and will get admission through Kerala Medical Rank List.
