Chinatown seems always busy but it is less than before the pandemic. Always liked going there but also hated because of long lines and crowds. Seems calmer right now. A good time to enjoy it.
It's mesmerizing watching these street vendors ply their trade. I think after years of doing it it is almost muscle memory. They could do it blindfolded.

Almost everyone isn’t wearing gloves to cook and serve customers on this street food while the COVID is happening everywhere ... It’s a bit worrying there I miss BK , used to go there at least twice a year. Lovely people , nice country and good food
Shit I remember this when I was kids I am in Thai before Thai is so hard I go everywhere in Thai I live in Bangkok before I really love Thai it my childhood I remember the Thai 7-11 many stuff America chips monster drink Thai noodle for 2$ America noodle for 12bucks I am not from America I am from Taiwan and I love the street food and people in Thai and I really like the water market they sell coconut on water super cool
