This is absolutely beautiful old film footage in the era I was born and grew up 1963. Sadly those days are gone, everything is just all too fast now. Less is more. God bless 👍🇬🇧
Thanks for your comments. It is so different seeing the people and families in just a moment in time. Makes a change from seeing the ponies dashing about!
@atcdyer hi is there any more of this footage of this fair a dont think its 1960 thow my grandmother is sat round the fire wering the head scarf & coat ANN SMITH & her daughter violet if there is a dvd available cud u let me know thanks.
I was hoping someone would spot somebody they recognised! If you let me know which of the people are your family I would be pleased to organise a copy, maybe a dvd, for you. I plan to leave it on youtube, so you can watch it when you wish.
Anthony Greenwood the old woman with the white headscarf on sitting down next to the young woman who was wearing a smart little riding jacket are my great grandmother & her daughter my granny's sister
@Durhamdarky You just need to get someone clever with computers to download it and put it on a dvd for you. Let me know if this not possible, and give me your address and I will see what I can do.... Anthony

Who composed the music you're using and what is the piece called? Very evocative.
Memory is poor these days. But I am almost sure it was a Kevin Macleod Royalty free track. Can't just spot it now.
Sadly no more footage......
