I found the Instagram we were chatting on. Really great interview, I wish more folks would talk about aerial rescue training, and having a rigging plan for each job. Thank you Mikey, Jim H.
I would like to know how Kirsten managed to do nursing and work at a tree care company at the same time when she started out in the industry. I am currently working in plastic molding industry as a setup technician and am at this roadblock of trying to figure out how to do part time work to get working experience in the tree care industry. I've been working / playing on my family's farm properties, climbing for almost 3 years now, using chainsaws and felling trees for 5 year. Also, I work in London, ON. Small world.
Mikey, welcome back. I've been following GRIMP Day and thinking about you. We were chatting before by email, however I lost the contact info for your media presence. Jim H, Arborist and Rope Access level One
Being nervous and a little bit of fear is what keeps us careful and alive! Failure is falling to your death! Thanks for the podcast.
Great episode! Cool to see ladies in the climbing professions. 🤘
Female tree climbers rock! We need everyone who loves trees in the industry.

Hey Jim!
Thank you! I was hoping to go. But travel restrictions kept me from going.
Hope this year is better.
Cheers
Mikey
