I used the Flexee Loom Skinny from KBLooms with 36 picots or 18 sections. For the wool it's Royal from Zeeman, i.e. 240m of yarn (but less in reality), 2 colors if you want to contrast like I did.
This is a size 35/38, add 4 stitches for a 39/41 and 4 more stitches for the next size up.
