Dr. Pillai: Main Points
I initiated the 50 day challenge to ask God whatever you want. I heard that some groups have been asking. And in this video, I just want to throw some light on how to ask.
And I was just reading [Bible] John -- the New Testament, John 16:24. I'm going to read it to you.
[Jesus]: "Until now, you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete." This is John 16:24 and if you read John 24, John the 16:23-24, you get a lot of insight into the technology of asking.
Asking: Spiritual Technology
It's a technology. It's a spiritual technology.
Jesus' Name:
And what is there in the name of Jesus. Everything is there in the name of Jesus or in the name of any God, any divine being, any guru.
Getting To God:
Because the Guru comes here with one thing primarily in his agenda. And that is to help human beings who are lost in this world of illusion, Maya, to get to God.
The way you can get, you can may convince people to come to God is to by providing them what they want.
Old Testament:
Even in the Old Testament, God says, "I will give you the end of the earth as your inheritance." So, you have to ask. And how to ask?
You have to ask in the name of Jesus.
And that will work. You have to -- He is very, very clear about it. "Ask in my name."
And this is just before he left. This is one of the last statements he made before he went on the cross. And he made this promise.
Does It Work?
And how do you know it works? I want you to test it. I want to test it but test it with 100% belief -- Faith.
And if you do that, it will work. And in the webcast, on the Pentecostal Day, then I will introduce you to the Holy Ghost or the Holy Spirit that Jesus himself recommended.
That the Holy Spirit will be able to do more than what Jesus was able to do. So, that is very important for you to listen to that. And then, I am very delighted to do that.
