Fantastic, Educational video if you like Love how they kept the Authenticness of the sound of the water and air without adding Dramatic music in background which I'm sure is not included in the Ocean or Swimming Pool
In minutes 1.00 is wrong way to give a second regulator to your body. He is taking from his moth the regulator in order to give to his body, but if you do that way you should put the spear one in your moth first. It should be as it started the video and 3rd, 4th etc. Watch it again and you will see what I mean.
It is not wrong, taking your primary out and putting it in front of you for buddy and putting in your necklaced backup regulator should be done nearly simultaneously with different hands. After that you clear the long hose from your light or retainer and fully extend and give primary to buddy (those two can be switched as conditions require)
yeaaaa no. If you try to switch to your backup before you've extended your arm holding the primary regulator right away from you and towards the OOG diver, the result is that the long hose gets trapped behind your other arm because you're trying to put your backup regulator in your mouth too soon. If your buddy takes the primary reg now, the long hose goes tight and drags your arm (which is holding your backup regulator) away from your face, which means you have to let go of the backup regulator to unfuck the situation and then start again. So you might as well donate gas to the OOG diver, which just takes a second, and THEN put in your backup.
Old post but the idea is to immediately provide a known functioning regulator to the out of air diver. He may have been swimming without air for some time. Thereafter the rescuing diver can test his secondary and use it if it works. Otherwise they will share the working long hose.
Very good buoyancy control! Thank you for not putting music in here.

Shouldn't the donor wait for the OOG diver to clip off his own long hose before asking for the OK signal?
What and why u gues is my inly question
Hi sever, sorry but I don't understand your question
