Su's sounding more and more comfortable with every show. She sounds superb here. So glad they got Anthony Barone on drums again for their Western shows. He is a beast. Can't wait to see them this fall in Boston.
Has there been another drummer in the Western Kami band?
@@AndreasE all I know is he started playing with them in 2019, and they didn't tour during covid. In that sense, he's still relatively new. This will be only his 2nd tour with them since then. So, Babymetal has toured the US since 2014, so I honestly am not sure who the West Kami members were from 2014-2018.
@@nailingjellotoawall There was no West Kami band before 2019. Babymetal ony played with East Kamis, their Japanese counterparts from 2013 to early 2019's. The western Kamis started playing from from late 2019 and its the same four members that has been playing with them since then.
@@exoperzian12 it's amazing how many musicians have played for BM, the total is up to 17 so far, for a 4 piece band. Glad they haven't changed their lineup since '19
@@nailingjellotoawall The number 17 is kind of decieving in this case. They always had core kami members. Apart from may be hardly 10 shows, guitars were always played by any two of Mikio, Takayoshi, Leda and Isao depnding on availibilty. And its always Boh and Hideki on bass and drums.
I got caught up in the drummer. He's going so hard clearly living his best life.

Basically I didn't do anything, the camera of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is responsible for the soundmix itself.
The iPhone must have built very good microphones and yes, I didn't expect these sound results myself, but I was all the more positively surprised and I was really happy when I saw the results again after the concert listened to at home through headphones.

Hello, I have to apologize for my mishap. When I uploaded the video and gave the set list in the info description, I had actually overlooked a song and forgot to indicate it.
At a certain age, it's easy to forget something.
And now, when I watched another fancam video, I remembered that we also had "Distortion".
So from the original 7 songs there are now 8 songs, like most BABYMETAL concerts with SABATON.
I corrected my info description. Apologies to our Japanese friends who were wondering that we had (only) such a short set selection of songs, sorry, my fault.

I am so sad. I flew to Luxembourg from the USA to go this concert and caught COVID-19 so I could not go!

But maybe you should come back to Europe in November or December when BABYMETAL headline their Europe & UK Tour this time and play a full concert. I don't know how big the BABYMETAL part is on the Babyklok Tour, but maybe you should consider returning to the Rockhal in Luxembourg for December 7th. Hello, if you mean the Babymetal concert, it lasted about 40 minutes. But you also have to consider that BABYMETAL only had a short appearance as a special guest, as a supporting act for SABATON. Lordi, before Babymetal, also had around 40 minutes of playing time. Sabaton themselves played for about an hour and 40 minutes. It started with Lordi at 19:00, BABYMETAL at 20:00 and then SABATON at 21:15, and with the setting up and dismantling of the stage breaks between the groups, Sabaton finished just before 23:00!

MAYA was the 4th song out of 7 songs played. About halfway through the set. Unfortunately, it was a very short appearance. MAYA is my favorite song from the new album. I love MAYA and I'm glad they played this. Of course I like all the songs, the whole new album. Of course also MONOCHROME, MIRROR MIRROR and METALIZM and all other songs of the new album. The live setlist is: 1st Babymetal Death, 2nd Megitsune, 3rd Pa Pa Ya, 4th MAYA, 5th MONOCHROME, 6th Gimme Chocolate and finally 7th Metal Resistance.
I didn't feel like I was on a break. But arguably every other and individual person's feelings seem to be different.
I think I know what you mean by that now. It's the live intro to MAYA, which isn't actually on the album. And yes, this intro belongs to MAYA.

まだライブでそんなに披露してない曲なので、馴染みがないからだろうとも思いました。
１月の幕張メッセでも「Legend」「Light and Darkness」で多くの人が地蔵になってましたし。
そういった初見の曲ではどうしても、観たり聴いたりすることに集中してしまいがちですからね。
