    It's a good old school way to make something beautiful and eye-catching - with the barest of tools and the patience and fortitude of a master Carver..l am impressed with the beautiful things you are making....

      Thank you so much for your kind words! As a documentary filmmaker, I was captivated by the master's skill and dedication. It's truly inspiring to see such artistry and craftsmanship. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Please feel free to check out my other films and share your thoughts. By the way, could you tell me your name and where you're from?

    The way he works both levers, both X and Y positioning knobs, to make those curve cuts is incredible! This is all manual, no CNC here.

      I'm glad you noticed the precision and skill involved in creating those curves by hand! As a documentary filmmaker, I aimed to capture the beauty and complexity of traditional craftsmanship. It's inspiring to see such dedication to a dying art. Please feel free to check out my other films and share your thoughts. By the way, could you tell me your name and where you are from?

    So the grooves are filled with that substance? I thought the stone itself is very dense

    • @Genthar
      @Genthar 2 місяці тому +1

      No, they use grit and water to polish out the grooves.

    • @PersianHandCraftsP
      @PersianHandCraftsP  Місяць тому +2

      It is the material that is used in the final stage for polishing, and the density of this stone is high. Of course, I saw that there were stones with higher and lower density in this workshop. I will go again and film for you. stay with me thank you
