Most downtowns are so expensive in Canada! $1900CAD for just 2 rooms is pricey as expected
They maximized the space in the kitchen - love that.
I like the sitting area and the view
The neighborhood looks really calm and family friendly
I second the advice to be careful of house scams

Both,rent depends on the area you want to stay, there is Kitchener/Waterloo but on the average a 1BHK is about 800Cad monthly
