- Knowing Me, Knowing You (KMKY) redefined what it means to work collaboratively. KMKY was a large project and exhibition that matched 10 pairs of artists who worked together for a year to develop new work. Each pair included an artist from the Arts Project Australia and a Melbourne-based contemporary artist in an exchange that was sometimes challenging but always illuminating. The evolution of these relationships was recorded by film maker Shelley Farthing-Dawe and presented in this documentary of the project, produced by Arts Project Australia, Melbourne. Curated by Linda Judge. Featuring works by Rebecca Scibilia & Steven Asquith, Paul Hodges & The Sisters Hayes, Steven Ajzenberg & Jim Pavlidis, Terry Williams & Jenny Bartholomew, Cam Noble & Annalea Beattie, Fiona Taylor & Angela Cavalieri, Cathy Staughton & Catherine Bell, Michael Camakaris & Geoff Newton, Chris Mason & Nathan Gray, Kate Knight & Martin King. Main project contributors Sue Roff, Executive Director, Sim Luttin, Gallery Manager & Curator, and James McDonald, Studio Manager with support form Arts Project board, staff and volunteers. Exhibition ran at Arts Project Australia, 24 High Street Northcote VIC 3070 Australia from 8 February - 15 March 2014. This project was supported by Arts Victoria, Besen Family Foundation and Leonard Joel.
