Just bought Kumho WP72 with size of 235-35-R19 for this winter for MK8R in Canada. Will see how they perform but I trust this brand. Also my Summer OEM tires are from Hankook and it happen to be Korean brand as well.

Darren, thanks for the real life review on the winter tyres. For reference, I use Michellin Cross Climate tyres on my VW California campervan, and they are amazing tyres both winter and summer. Amazing mileage, over 30K miles, and acknowledged as one of the premier winter/all weather tyres . My tyres are 17" 255/60 profiles, and they cost me around £130 a corner. Recommended, and of course you don't need to swap them come summer 👍
