I heard adding family members to the production team is a thing so I hired my brother as a security guard and went to the fun fair shooting some CineStill 800T long exposure bangers with the Hasselblad 500C/M. Happy to anounce that nobody got stabbed! Oh and the Sony Alpha 1 footage has been graded in Davinci Resolve to match the film stocks color characteristics - glad you asked.

Man! You deserve way more subscribers! Great choice of music, B-Roll was cinematic as hell and fitted the vibe of 800T and your shots were great aswell! I can definately see the grainydays influence on you, but I like it. You put a german spin to it and you do have a distinct and personal style already.

Did you shoot with a halation filter on the video camera as well ?
Thanks Daniel! There is no such thing as a halation filter as far as I am concerned. But I have been using a Pro Mist Diffusion filter and some post production work!

Why after repackaging vision 500T becomes 800T? I’ve got some Kodak vision and on roll it’s written “500T/800T” and now I’m confused how I should expose it 😅
It’s hard to overexpose it so I‘d go with 500. My guess is that after removing the remjet layer the film is slightly more sensitive hence the 800.

Another banger. How did you meter the scenes?
I've been using Lightmeter Pro but as I said it was actually set to ISO 200 from the Kodak Gold rolls I shot prior to the fun fair. Turned out that more light was exactly what the pictures needed! However, just expose for the shadows (not the pitch black parts of course) using the apps spot meter and you will be good to go.
