Hopefully I have sorted them all, could do with a downpour to verify but preferably not this weekend!

Hi, thanks for your videos, very helpful with the ambulance things, as your the man with the knowledge,I hate to hassle you in any way but I have just bought a decomisioned st John's boxer and wondering what you do for insurance,as I'm having difficulty finding any unless I say it's just a van? Also I'm in Shrewsbury not far away and I would be much appreciated of you're help ,paid obviously with checking the electric system and making sure I don't make any uninformed mistakes. Hope you have time to read this.cheers

Look at the points where the auction centre have taken the emergency equipment off the vehicle, lights ect. Great vehicle for a conversion, only snag is the mileage.

could the skylight water be condensation from the frame?

The frame creates its own problems being aluminium it’s a significant cold bridge all on its own so I plan to cover it with closed cell foam or similar.
The glass being flat forms really large droplets
I explain it all in the video below.
This window is twice the size of the one I had in WAS but I don’t have a blind to deal with this time so an insulated insert and secondary glazing will be easier to make.
Another option might be to completely replace the glass with an insulated panel.
