sunderland is the least friendliest place that i've ever been to. i've never been at a city where people have been so downright rude and hostile. not to mention that the youngsters were violent.
AslamDudeeh I think people in Sunderland are just very open and genuine. So whilst you will find many friendly people it may be very obvious when someone is rude. As for violent youngsters they can be found in pretty much every city.
what do you expect being from Pakistan, youre lot are hated every where. why does,nt india or Pakistan have a football team? because if they did everytime they had a corner they would put a shop on it !

perhaps, but the majority i met in sunderland where quite rude and unfriendly. i'm not doubting that there are friendly people there, but i met none.
