I am a Filipino Canadian Architect and have lived in Canada for more than 20years.
We started living in Alberta and now have moved to BC British Columbia and we love every single minute of it. Marami tayong kababayan dito with different means of entering, TFW, Caregiver, Student at marami pang iba na di ko na siguro alam. I was a caregiver myself.
Join me in experiencing what it's like to be a Filipino Canadian Architect living in Canada! Mabuhay!

I left Canada because of high taxes and discrimination. I've been in HK since 1990 and have no plans to move back to Canada, not even retire. Maybe just short visits to see my kids and grandchildren but that's about it. A new reason not to move back is Canada's overburdened Healthcare. I want to retire in a place that has Universal Healthcare and Private Hospitals as having both is significantly more efficient.

Yung experience mo in the const industry back home will easily get you a job in Canada after schooling. Just 1 - 2 years of study is just a short time. Having several businesses back home, I decided to study cybersecurity as I had previous experience in the banking & IT industry. Presently I am working full time for a partner support group of Rogers. But I would also like to study Construction Management as I had experience working on several residential & warehouse construction before. My goal is to set up my own companies here after working for a couple of years for an employer.

I became a licensed architect and now a project manager. God is good

Try mo mag apply nalang malay mo
Best wishes

Maraming Pinoy IT professionals at Nurses na bago pa sila lumapag sa Canada ay may naka abang na silang trabaho. Maybe yung experience mo is dumating ka sa Canada na wala kang qualifications for skilled work kaya un ang mindset mo. So really sorry for you & your misfortunes in life. But not everyone are unlucky as you are.

Maybe watch the whole video muna. I love Canada and been here for 21 years. Fully Registered Architect and a Project Manager for a school district. What makes you say I am not fortunate though?. God has been good to me. But Canada is not for everyone doesn't mean it is not for me.

move on. You do not deserve that kind of treatment. Be thankful lumitaw ang totoo nyang kulay habang maaga.

Most couples make more than 100k here. Trust me on this.

@@Morena_Arch it’s a shopping haven way back 10 years ago with so many shopping discounts and freebies but now a days prices are going high due to inflation because most of items here are also imported. For a tourist po you can get tax refund benifit for the items you bought just present the receipt at the airport lang po.

Their simple explanation among other things is to collect and use the $$ to help the lower income bracket families.
