Bri, I just want to let you know that you have so much love and support from this community. We all are in different seasons of change in our lives. I lost my wonderful husband and best friend a year ago and it has been a challenging year to say the least. I am in my 50s so no kids at home anymore, but we have animals and I can say thank God for them because they made me get out of bed every day! I am still learning to do many of things he did and I will continue to learn. Just know you have friends in youtube land that will faithfully follow you and I am very much looking forward to the new direction you are going to take your channel. I love canning cooking and all things gardening. We will all learn with you! I will continue to pray for ALL of you! Be safe and God continue to bless you and your family!!! Tammy😘

Years ago, when you first started your channel, I was a young mom with my first child, and I watched a video you made of making tomato pie fresh from the garden. I was really overwhemed with transitioning from a young woman to a mother. In that video you were in the kitchen with your little ones around you and it encouraged me that if you could do it so could I. I didn't have a homemaking role model growing up so I'm so thankful for the Godly women of youtube who helped me along the way. I'm now a missionary, homeschool teacher, homemaker, and mother of 3. I'd love to see more videos of you offering encouragement and cooking. ❤

Hi...I'm new here but you asked us to talk about things we're grateful/thankful for or what brings us joy.......Back when my life was so full of darkness and loneliness and hopelessness I discovered the gratitude journal. A person was to write 3-5 things (no matter how small) that we were thankful for daily. At first it was hard to find one thing but one thing leads to another and soon finding 3-5 became simple. As far as what brings me joy: a cup of hot tea in a favourite mug, flannel sheets on my bed on a cold winter's night, a favourite soft fuzzy sweater, a little bit of ice cream in a dish. Fortunately all the bad stuff in my life finally disappeared into the rear window but I still periodically do gratitude journal just to keep perspective. P.S. Becky from Acre Homestead sent me.

Agreed, well sad. Stress can rock bottom ourselves and hit genetic triggers. If God brings us to it God gets us through it, a skeptic taught me that along with another, this too shall pass. Both have managed to hang on to faith. We all just got to hang on.

This last year has been difficult for me, breast cancer diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy for 3 months then 5 weeks daily radiation, healing from the burns, and now adjusting to endocrine therapy and infusions for my bones. God has brought me through it. ❤️🙏🏼❤️ A home for you how wonderful.

I have been where you are and where you have been this year. It does get better. My husband abandoned me and our four kids. He left me for my friend. It shattered my faith for a time. I used to have an acre & 1/2 homestead but now live in a suburban neighborhood. I miss it. Maybe we can learn from each other as we both are on this journey ❤

Agreed, well sad. Stress can rock bottom ourselves and hit genetic triggers. If God brings us to it God gets us through it, a skeptic taught me that along with another, this too shall pass. Both have managed to hang on to faith. We all just got to hang on.

This last year has been difficult for me, breast cancer diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy for 3 months then 5 weeks daily radiation, healing from the burns, and now adjusting to endocrine therapy and infusions for my bones. God has brought me through it. ❤️🙏🏼❤️ A home for you how wonderful.

I have been where you are and where you have been this year. It does get better. My husband abandoned me and our four kids. He left me for my friend. It shattered my faith for a time. I used to have an acre & 1/2 homestead but now live in a suburban neighborhood. I miss it. Maybe we can learn from each other as we both are on this journey ❤
